Experience:

  • Minimum of Two Years of Full-Time Teaching Experience: Candidates must have at least two years of full-time teaching experience in a K-12 setting.
  • Degree in Education or Relevant Subject Area: A bachelor's degree or higher in education or in the specific subject they intend to teach.
  • Experience in Bilingual or Multilingual Classrooms: Prior experience teaching in bilingual or multilingual settings, instructing students who speak multiple languages.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Demonstrated experience implementing established curricula and adhering to educational standards relevant to their teaching subject.
  • Use of Educational Technology: Proven ability to incorporate technology into the classroom, such as interactive whiteboards, educational software, or online learning platforms.
  • Assessment and Evaluation Expertise: Experience in designing, administering, and interpreting student assessments to inform instruction and track student progress.
  • Professional Development Participation: Documented involvement in professional development activities, workshops, or conferences aimed at enhancing teaching practices.

Requirements

  • The applicant must have a minimum of two years of teaching experience.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.

  • Transcripts and diplomas (If uploaded in a language other than English, a translated version of each document will be requested later in the process).

  • Updated CV: U.S.-formatted CV (maximum 2 pages, no photo or personal details unrelated to education).

Documents Requested Later in the Process (After Initial Approval)

  • Reference Letters: Two letters (one from a supervisor, one from a colleague).

  • Criminal Background Check: Document showing no criminal record. (If uploaded in a language other than English, a translated version will be requested).

  • Teaching Video: A 5-minute video demonstrating a lesson in English.

  • Passport: Valid passport (or proof of application).

  • Employment Letter: A letter from your current or most recent teaching position (If uploaded in a language other than English, a translated version will be requested).

  • English Proficiency: TOEFL iBT, Cambridge CEA (C1+), or IELTS (8+). Alternatively, a free 50 minutes EFSET online test is accepted.

  • Foreign Credential Evaluation (FCE): Required after passing the interview, recommended through ECE or WES.
