Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for international positions, ensuring we attract and retain top talent from around the globe. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs, and developing effective recruitment strategies to fill positions efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for international positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract high-caliber candidates from diverse global markets.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage candidate relationships, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process and maintaining regular communication.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on global labor markets, trends, and best practices to ensure competitive and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international recruitment or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions across multiple countries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of international labor markets and recruitment practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with candidates and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
