Title: International Tax Manager
Location: Fairfield County, CT (Hybrid)
Compensation: $130,000 – $170,000 + Bonus
Key responsibilities:
- Lead international tax compliance and oversee non-U.S. components of the U.S. tax provision
- Review Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, along with GILTI, Subpart F, and FTC calculations
- Support quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision (international components)
- Partner on strategic tax planning, including M&A integration and foreign tax credit optimization
- Collaborate closely with Transfer Pricing on intercompany planning and documentation
- Drive process improvement and automation (OneSource optimization, workflow integration)
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across Finance, Legal, Treasury, and HR
- Manage and develop a small team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of international tax experience (Big 4 and/or industry)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax (GILTI, Subpart F, FTC, TCJA)
- Experience with ASC 740 and multinational ETR modeling
- CPA preferred; MST a plus
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and leverage technology
- Strong project management and communication skills
