We are currently seeking a dedicated Internet Sales Business Development Representative to join our team and help us grow our customer base through effective communication and relationship management. Job Details Salary: $31,200 to $35,600 annually Job Type: Full-Time Location: Hearne, TX 77859 Position Overview The Internet Sales Business Development Representative will handle both inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on scheduling sales and service appointments. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to follow scripts, and a positive, professional attitude to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Answer all incoming phone calls following company scripts and schedule sales appointments. Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to schedule sales and service appointments. Log all customer interactions and comments accurately in the database. Schedule follow-up contacts if appointments are not made initially. Confirm and reschedule appointments as necessary to reduce no-shows. Coordinate with Sales and Service Departments to verify appointment outcomes. Update and maintain accurate customer records in the database. Generate and send letters, postcards, and emails for follow-up reminders according to marketing timelines. Respond promptly to customer website inquiries and follow up on Internet customer emails. Notify relevant departments when appointments are scheduled. Assist with additional duties as assigned by management. Consistently strive to meet or exceed monthly performance goals. Work Hours This is a full-time position with a schedule to be discussed during the interview process.

Job Requirement:Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in phone-based sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development, preferably in the automotive industry. Familiarity with sales scripts and customer engagement processes. Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor during all interactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Word, basic computer skills, and data entry.
