As a member of the Human Resources department, the Talent Acquisition intern will have the opportunity to learn about Talent Acquisition and other areas of Human Resources.**Responsibilities:*** Assist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)* Conduct phone screens for candidates* Schedule meetings, assessments, and interviews* Assist in recruitment-related correspondence, including job postings and candidate inquiries* Provide support for new hire orientations* Attend campus career fairs with the Talent Acquisition team* Assist in creating job aids and updating recruiting related forms#LI-Hybrid**Minimum Requirements:**Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in human resources, communications, business, or a related field. Must have strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
