Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
Firmware Development: Develop and customize firmware for Type‑C and USB‑PD reference designs
Hardware Validation: Validate firmware and hardware against customer requirements
Interoperability Testing: Perform interoperability and compliance tests on reference and customer designs
System Design: Co‑develop and help strategic customers design and build USB Type‑C and Power Delivery interfaces into their systems
Debugging Techniques: Hands‑on debugging of Interface products and Microcontroller products
Lab Experience: Hands‑on lab experience for board bring‑up and debugging of analog circuits, voltage regulators, and power distribution circuits
Interface Understanding: Understanding of various host interfaces: USB, I2C, UART, SPI, etc
Your Profile
Qualifications and Skills to Help You Succeed
Education: Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Embedded Systems, or Computer Engineering
Technical Skills: Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscope, protocol analyzers
Embedded Systems: Experience in embedded system design or applications
Communication: Strong communication and teamwork skills
Problem Solving: Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and designs
Customer Focus: Ability to work with customers to understand their requirements
Wage Range
Minimum of $30.00 per hour
Maximum of $36.50 per hour
Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
