Provide assistance to the materials team on day to day inventory requirements for plant operations.**Essential Job Functions:*** Assist with daily reports on inventory levels for FG, Raw, WIP, MTD Variance, Number of Cycle counts, and percentage of counts under 5% variance to provide to the Materials Manager.* Assist with Negative Inventory Report, research (Transaction and BOM’s), and make corrections in QAD if needed.* Assist with checking production scans from previous day (compare scans made with Build Plan and Work Center sheets.* Notify Production by E-mail of corrections that need to be made.* Make adjustments to QAD as needed.* Review of component receipt accuracy and completion.* Review of outside processor (ins and outs) and scrap.* Insure completion of intra-company transfer transactions.* Cycle count programs that have been predetermined by a yearly schedule.* Physically count components of designated program.* Log counts on count sheets.* Research the counts that are off and make adjustments if needed.* Have count sheets signed by Materials Manager.* Report cycle counts in QAD.* Chart the number of cycle counts at the end of the month for a rolling 12 month comparison.**Qualifications:*** High School diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree is preferred.* Ability to work in office, manufacturing, and storage environments.
