Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Role DefinitionManages and owns the inventory record accuracy process for production material at Cast Metal Organization (CMO).ResponsibilitiesMaintain computerized inventory records and report on inventory levels and activityOwn the Work-in-Process (WIP) and Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) process for CMOPerform daily WIP inventory countsPerform root cause analysis of inventory discrepanciesSupports operations, business resources and supply chain during quarterly inventory countsRequirementsAccuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.Inventory Management - MFG: Knowledge of processes and methods of inventory management; ability to effectively manage local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.Top Candidates Will Also Have:Degree or equivalent experience requiredMfgPro or other ERP system experienceAdvanced MS Excel skillsAPICS CertificationPrevious inventory analyst experience in a manufacturing environmentAdditional Information1st shift days/hours are 6AM-3PM.
