About the Role

  • We're seeking an experienced Inventory Associate to join our growing team supporting hyperscale data center construction projects. This position plays a key role in maintaining the flow of materials, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, and keeping operations organized in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

  • This is an excellent contract-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to grow within a thriving, long-term project and company.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, and track all materials, tools, and equipment within the warehouse or laydown yard

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems and manual counts

  • Coordinate with construction, logistics, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to worksites

  • Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies as needed

  • Stage materials for upcoming builds or installations per project schedules

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred)

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment

  • Support inbound and outbound deliveries, including loading/unloading trucks as needed

  • Adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic construction setting

Qualifications

  • 1 3 years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience (construction or data center environment preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

  • Familiarity with basic inventory software and documentation processes

  • Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Reliable, flexible, and able to workday or night shifts based on project needs

  • Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to "hit the ground running"
