We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our dedicated team. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes by providing healthcare professionals with reliable medical products and exceptional service.

As an Inventory Associate, you will play a vital role in managing our inventory processes, ensuring that all medical devices and components are accurately tracked and readily available for refurbishment and distribution. Your keen eye for detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our inventory system.

Responsibilities

  • Pulling of parts for orders to be shipped.
  • Processing Inventory/Bin transfers requisitions from Sales and Service Department.
  • Assist with inventory management, ensuring structured categorization and accessibility. Monitor levels, implement storage solutions for space optimization, and evaluate accuracy through stock audits while maintaining thorough records for effective control.
  • Conduct regular/daily inventory counts and audits to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with assembly and refurbishment teams to facilitate the timely availability of parts.
  • Assist with finding locations for inventory items that do not have a designated location.
  • Putting QCed parts from technicians and new parts into finished goods with designated paperwork.
  • Put parts into designated areas that have been transferred to “Inventory”
  • Process incoming products and components, including receiving, conducting quality checks, and updating inventory records.
  • Assist in the preparation of parts for shipping, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Work with the quality assurance team to troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve inventory-related inquiries.
  • Implement best practices for inventory management and storage solutions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Provide assistance with shipping and receiving when required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-3+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field, preferably in a medical device or manufacturing environment.
  • Previous use of microscopes and/or small parts assembly experience, a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Computer and data entry experience is essential (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word)
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Basic understanding of medical devices and components is preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift, move boxes and/or merchandise and carry items up to 50 to 100 pounds., on a consistent basis (includes bending, twisting, kneeling, and balancing).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and technologies related to inventory management.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
