The Inventory Associate is responsible for verifying, tracking, and maintaining accurate inventory through daily cycle counts, system transactions, and physical inspections. This role supports both internal operations and external customer orders, ensuring all materials are handled, documented, and shipped according to company standards and quality protocols.
This position plays a key role in ensuring that all parts and materials are properly received, stored, and distributed to support repair and production activities. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment where quality and compliance are essential.
This position will be worked onsite at our facility in Monument, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cycle counts and spot checks to verify inventory accuracy in NetSuite ERP.
- Accurately enter and update inventory data in NetSuite.
- Receive parts for finished goods and parts returned from the field, ensuring documentation and transactions are complete.
- Verify all finished goods have the required quality and production paperwork prior to storage.
- Package and store components appropriately; ensure all PCBs are protected in anti-static bags.
- Pick and verify parts for orders and interdepartmental requests.
- Conduct visual inspections of parts for defects, cleanliness, and accuracy prior to fulfillment.
- Complete and verify all required quality control documents at time of picking or shipment.
- Pack and ship orders safely and in accordance with company shipping guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all part movements, receipts, and transactions within NetSuite.
- Assist team members in locating and retrieving parts when needed.
- Proactively communicate with management and other departments regarding inventory discrepancies, shortages, or delays.
- Decline fulfillment of any order containing visibly defective or unclean parts.
- Support continuous improvement of inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and documentation practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, or related environment (GMP medical manufacturing experience preferred).
- Proficient in computer use and data entry; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). Strong Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
- High accuracy in counting, tracking, and comparing parts and documents.
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to make sound decisions when assessing part quality or documentation completeness.
- Capable of working independently and maintaining accountability for assigned responsibilities.
- This position operates in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Employees are regularly required to stand, walk, sit, reach, lift, and handle parts. Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
