Inventory Management Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages
Material Handling & Storage Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Organize and store products in designated locations Safely operate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers Load and unload trucks and containers
Warehouse Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations Assist with receiving inspections and quality checks Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Skills Qualifications
2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, including an industry with receiving and inventory functions.
Safety is a top priority. It is imperative that the employee strictly adheres to established safety protocols and guidelines. This includes but is not limited to, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), following safe operating procedures, and participating in regular safety training sessions.
Employee must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Previous certified forklift experience
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be able to work at least 45hr/wk, opportunity to work 55/hrs - 55/hrs per/wk
Desired Warehouse/Receiving/Inventory experience in the aerospace or automotive industry.
