We are seeking an Inventory Control Clerk in our Apopka, Florida location to pPerform duties to receive, store, inventory and issue materials, supplies and equipment, and prepare production kits in accordance with job requirements, working within the limits of standard practices and prescribed routines.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive materials, supplies and equipment. Verify counts and store received goods.
  • Review ship orders, verify availability of inventory, pull required parts and build production kits in accordance with job requirements. Gather and generate required documentation to accompany kits to production and issue kits to designated production or shipping operation.
  • Seal disty packages and label waffle packs.
  • Create flow chart using software to chart job process.
  • Review cycle counting report to verify inventory levels.
  • Compile data and enter inventory transactions and updates to maintain computerized material inventory records.
  • Answer sales inquiries regarding inventory checks and samples.

Other duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
  • Maintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new development, requirements and policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Tools and Equipment Used in Role:

Computer and usual peripherals

Standard office equipment

Vacuum sealer

Required clean room clothing

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

US Person Status

1-2 years prior Inventory experience preferred
