Inventory Control Clerk: Maintains all inventory of products. Responsible for recording incoming and outgoing materials and products, inspecting proper labeling, resolving inventory discrepancies, and monitoring reorders and restock requests. Responsibilities Conduct frequent cycle counts with blind counting. Auto generated cycle counts. Consistent empty bin audits. Consistent put away/replenishment audits. Consistent receiving audits. Consistent bin integrity audits. 5 or less item counts (pick bins with 5 or less items). Bulk counts (previous night's bulk picks). Consistent mark out adjustments. Consistent out of date adjustments. Lots approaching expiration. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office 365. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent personal organization skills. Ability to work productively, efficiently and with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, squat, and stoop to accomplish essential job functions. Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers. Ability to lift 60-80 pounds. Working Conditions Normal for a distribution environment: outside ambient temperature, inside-dry cooler (34°F) and inside-frozen (-20°F).
