Job Description

Broad Function and Purpose of Position:

To directly assist Finance and Supply Chain with various reporting and analysis.

Specific Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Generating and publishing daily and monthly inventory reports.
  • Auditing of inventory transactions in SAP.  Correcting wrong transactions / inventory balances
  • Responsible for purchase order creation
  • Administers cycle count program, including root cause analysis and publishing results of audits.
  • Reviews shop order variance and makes adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.   Strong data entry skills.
  • Years Experience:      2 – 4 years experience working in Materials and/or Finance.
  • Understanding of MRP systems, specifically SAP.
  • Excellent oral and written communication as well as analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to think and solve problems creatively.
