Inventory Control Apply
Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
- Track and manage inventory levels for raw materials, components, and finished products used in aerospace manufacturing.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor stock usage and adjust inventory levels based on production demand, lead times, and industry standards.
- Identify and implement strategies to minimize excess inventory and reduce holding costs.

Data Integrity and Reporting:
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system, ensuring all transactions are logged in real-time.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies for review by management and other stakeholders.
- Analyze data to forecast future inventory needs and support procurement planning.

Quality Control and Compliance:
- Ensure that all inventory items meet quality and compliance standards specific to aerospace regulations (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
- Work with the Quality Assurance team to quarantine and document any non-conforming parts.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to prevent contamination or damage to sensitive aerospace materials.
