Job Description:

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of warehouse, stockroom, or inventory experience preferred (temporary or seasonal experience acceptable).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and data entry.
Basic computer skills (entering counts in spreadsheets or simple inventory systems).
Able to follow written and verbal instructions and standard work.
Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts (including potential overtime or weekend availability).
Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally prolonged periods of standing or walking or stairs or climbing ladders as needed.
Comfortable working in a stockroom or warehouse environment (temperature variations, noise, PPE required).
Experience with inventory cycles, wall to wall counts, or physical inventory event (preferred)
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team under tight timelines.
