About The Role We are currently seeking a highly organized and versatile Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our production crews are fully stocked and ready to work, keeping our facilities pristine, and serving as a friendly first point of contact for our customers. If you thrive in a varied work environment where no two days are exactly the same, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Track, organize, and manage inventory to ensure our production crews have the necessary materials and equipment for their daily tasks. Facility Maintenance: Take pride in our workspace by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop and surrounding premises. Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls, assist customers with inquiries regarding service calls, and route information accurately to the appropriate team members. Operational Support: Receive and process incoming shipments, conduct regular inventory audits, and assist with general shop duties as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or customer service is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Professional and friendly phone etiquette for interacting with customers. Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively. Physical ability to lift materials, organize inventory, and maintain the cleanliness of the shop floor.
