Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility as well

as maintaining stock orders and machine down reporting. Assist in the generation of month/annual

quality reports as deemed necessary at the corporate level.


Responsibilities:

• Generate inventory stock replenishment order for the branches

• Manage critical machine down orders and ensure parts are being expedited

• Research inventory discrepancies and recommend adjustments

• Monitor back orders and escalate with vendors if necessary

• Operates within all parts policies and procedures of the company

• Knowledgeable on all vendor rules and requirements for stock ordering

• Assist in facility audits

• Responsible for the regular review of causes of back orders and covering

o Order not promptly placed

o Parts expediting

o Factory shortages

o Transportation delays

o Emergency order fees review

• Process monthly/annual parts returns to vendors according to vendor rules and conditions

• Other projects as requested by manager


Education/Experience/Skills:

• High School Diploma

• Extensive equipment and parts knowledge

• Proficient computer skills

• Proficient in Excel

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated

• Ability to work independently with life supervision

• Carefully perform daily operations with immediacy
