Inventory Control Specialist

As the Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the company's inventory levels by tracking stock movements, maintaining accurate records, and performing cycle counts.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

  • Regularly monitoring stock levels
  • Record incoming and outgoing inventory
  • Conduct periodic physical counts
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Release shipments from inventory to the customer
  • Kitting of jobs for production
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Moving Material around the shop to various cells
  • All other tasks as assigned by management

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical skills
  • Organizational skills such as 5S
  • Familiarity with inventory management software
  • Collaborate with other departments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficiently and accurately calculate inventory levels
  • Hi-lo experience preferred

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 Years of experience in shipping, receiving, or Inventory Control
  • Manufacturing experience preferred

Work Environment:

Climate-controlled manufacturing facility with a moderate noise level. In this position, you work full-time, mainly in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule:

  • 1st shift 8-Hour shifts Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Available to stay late for trucks as needed
