Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials — including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking an Inventory Planning Analyst to join our Procurement team. This role supports strategic inventory planning across multiple sites, ensuring product availability while controlling excess stock and cost. The Inventory Planning Analyst partners closely with Sales, Product Line Management, Operations, and suppliers to support accurate forecasting, replenishment, and purchasing activities. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory levels for Purchased Finished Products (PFP) across multiple sites to balance availability and cost. Analyze demand trends and partner with Product Line Managers and Sales teams to support accurate forecasting. Develop and execute replenishment plans based on inventory targets, lead times, and space constraints. Maintain inventory parameters and deploy forecasts within ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred). Create, place, and track purchase orders aligned with forecasted demand. Prepare concise inventory, purchasing, and sales reports for management. Coordinate with suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve discrepancies. Partner with operations and warehouse teams to improve inventory accuracy and stocking strategies. Support continuous improvement initiatives within inventory planning and supply chain operations. Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures. Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.
