Job Title: Inventory/Purchasing/Operations Executive

Location: Candler, NC

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Level: Mid-level (3+ years in Office Management and Inventory required)

Responsibilities:

  • Track inventory trends, manage ordering, shipping, and receiving processes.
  • Organize accounts payable and coordinate payment schedules with management.
  • Support front desk operations, including billing, invoicing, and daily processing.
  • Manage accounts receivable, maintain communication with customers, and coordinate payments.
  • Perform secretarial duties as needed and manage E-commerce orders.
  • Report directly to the President/General Manager, ensuring a thorough understanding of job responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, ordering, shipping, billing, filing, office management, general accounting, and E-commerce.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
