Job Title: Inventory/Purchasing/Operations Executive

Responsibilities:
- Track inventory trends, manage ordering, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Organize accounts payable and coordinate payment schedules with management.
- Support front desk operations, including billing, invoicing, and daily processing.
- Manage accounts receivable, maintain communication with customers, and coordinate payments.
- Perform secretarial duties as needed and manage E-commerce orders.
- Report directly to the President/General Manager, ensuring a thorough understanding of job responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, ordering, shipping, billing, filing, office management, general accounting, and E-commerce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
