Boone’s Butcher Shop is a family owned and operated retail meat store, slaughterhouse, and custom processing facility that has been operating for over 75 years. We pride ourselves in offering a wide selection of quality products and services and are looking for motivated individuals who are looking to improve or develop new skills and grow within our company. We have full time and part time positions with great hours and benefits.
This position is a full time position and requires the ability to stand for several hours at a time and lift up to 40 lbs. regularly throughout the day.
Responsibilities
-Know/learn the product placement of retail items on the floor.
-Look in the store and make note of items that need to be stocked and work on letting the meat cutters know which product is needed, packaging the product & stocking it.

-Restock grocery items in store so they are organized with newest in the back and oldest in the front and are arranged so they are appealing to customers.
-Rotate product in the store regularly to ensure that no out-of-date product remains.
-Utilize the proper machine for packaging product when necessary.
-Make sure items in the store are in their proper location as they can often be moved by customers.
-Provide a certain amount of customer service (e.g.: inform customers about where specific products are).
-Perform daily cleanliness/organization of area.
-Other duties as assigned by team lead/management/owner.
