Position Title: Inventory Coordinator
Location: Campbellsport, WI, 53010

Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to manage the inventory processes for a high-volume, small-part program. The ideal candidate will excel at handling and analyzing large datasets, maintaining accuracy, and driving continuous improvement. This role involves managing inventory at contractor sites, ensuring materials are labeled, organized, and tracked efficiently to support operations such as laying WiFi cables and burying fiber.

This is a 1st Shift position: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain consistency.
  • Assist with physical inventory checks.
  • Receive materials from vendors and manage transfers.
  • Issue materials to subcontractors as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment.

What You'll Manage
The inventory includes construction materials such as splitters, vaults (for protecting electrical wiring), markers, and related items used by contractors. You'll organize and label these materials at contractor sites, which may include buildings with small warehouses or dock doors, rather than client warehouses.

Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will bring:

  • Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume inventory.
  • Analytical abilities to interpret and extract key insights from data.
  • A proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
  • A commitment to maintaining safety standards.

This is an opportunity to play a vital role in supporting operations while ensuring inventory processes run smoothly and efficiently.
