RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are looking for an Inventory specialist in Houston, TX to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for receiving inventory shipments, verifying accuracy, and entering data into Oracle. Additionally, the role involves maintaining spares and consumables kits, processing parts issues and returns, handling non-conformance reports (NCRs), preparing shipments, and maintaining inventory areas. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Receive Inventory Shipments ? Verify for accuracy, enter into Oracle and place in correct location, resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain Spares and Consumables Kits ? Build kits, prepare for mobilizations, inventory and restock upon return, create PSRs as needed.
  • Issue and Return Parts ? Process PSRs, create Oracle transactions, request transfers and order parts to cover shortages.
  • Handle NCRs ? Investigate incorrect parts, submit NCR workflows.
  • Prepare shipments ? Pull requested items, issue in Oracle, pack, prepare paperwork, build box contents on Maximo, coordinate with Logistics, create eF128?s as needed.
  • Housekeeping ? Maintain inventory and VMI areas to be organized and free from hazards.
  • Counting ? Perform cycle counts and annual stock take.
  • Support Operational Needs ? Advise on correct parts, availability, and usage, develop positive working relationships with other functional areas; promote customer satisfaction.


Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 2-4 years of relevant Inventory, Materials, Operations, and/or Data Entry experience
  • Strong experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar systems
  • Skilled background in Microsoft Office products and computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Additional requirements may vary.
  • Will be trained on forklift, pallet jack, etc. Experience is preferred.


Desired Characteristics:

  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Prior experience in inventory or materials management
  • Excellent core soft skills of presence, teamwork, and communication
  • Ability to plan workload and react to change.
  • Flexible and able to work with minimum supervision on multiple projects.
  • Ability to work within the constraints of each project, balancing resources against timelines.
  • Ability to think outside the box.


Minimum Education Required: High School

Years of Experience Required: At Least 3 Years
