In this role, you will lead comprehensive investigations into incidents involving our Flex Delivery Partners (DPs). You will conduct meticulous investigations, analyze complex data, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure fair and accurate outcomes. This role is open to all hubs in the United States. Key Responsibilities Investigate incidents involving Flex DPs, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all findings. Provide well‑informed business decisions based on investigative outcomes. Take ownership of functional issues, offering high‑quality solutions and championing proactive improvements. Exhibit excellent individual problem‑solving and analytical skills to review and investigate cases. Demonstrate technical competence and self‑motivation, thriving in a fast‑paced team environment with minimal supervision. Display flexibility by working within different queues and providing support as needed for additional tasks, deep dives, and escalations. Ensure compliance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while achieving and maintaining high‑quality and performance metrics. Basic Qualifications Fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal and written) without a translator. 18 months+ of investigations experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience handling escalations and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation and Benefits USA, AZ, Tempe – 18.00 – 31.00 USD hourly. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
