Job Description: We are seeking a talented Investment Banking Analyst with a passion for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors to join our team. As an Investment Banking Analyst specializing in ESG Integration, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on integrating ESG principles into their strategic decision-making processes and financial transactions. You will collaborate closely with senior bankers, research analysts, and clients to develop innovative ESG solutions that drive sustainable growth and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive ESG research and analysis to identify material ESG risks and opportunities for clients across various industries.
2. Assist in the development of ESG integration strategies for mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and other corporate transactions.
3. Support the execution of ESG due diligence, including data gathering, analysis, and reporting, to assess the ESG performance of target companies.
4. Work closely with investment banking teams to incorporate ESG considerations into financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring processes.
5. Prepare high-quality presentations and pitch materials that articulate the financial implications of ESG factors to clients and stakeholders.
6. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in ESG investing and provide thought leadership within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, environmental science, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or ESG research.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and ESG data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g., SASB, GRI, TCFD) and sustainable investing principles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
