Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Investment Partner to join our team and play a critical role in shaping our investment strategy and driving growth within our portfolio. As an Investment Partner, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential startups, leading investment deals, and working closely with portfolio companies to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and lead investments in early to mid-stage startups across various sectors.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
- Structure and negotiate investment deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the firm and the startup.
- Provide strategic and operational support to portfolio companies, helping them navigate challenges and scale effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and industry experts.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, providing guidance on growth strategies, market expansion, and exit planning.
- Collaborate with other partners to refine the firm's investment thesis and contribute to overall fund strategy.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, with a proven track record of successful investments.
- Strong financial acumen and expertise in evaluating business models, markets, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent deal-making and negotiation skills.
- A broad network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of market trends.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with a passion for helping startups grow and succeed.
