Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Investor Relations Associate with a strong sales background to handle inbound calls from potential investors generated through our infomercial campaigns. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate Sorting Robotics’ vision, value proposition, and investment opportunities, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations. This position is initially temporary, but there’s exciting potential to transition into a full-time role upon achieving your goals!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Warm Leads: Receive and manage inbound calls from potential investors who have shown interest through our infomercials.

Communicate Effectively: Clearly and convincingly convey information about Sorting Robotics, our cutting-edge products, market potential, and the benefits of investing with us.

Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential investors by understanding their needs and addressing their inquiries.

Sales Conversion: Utilize your sales expertise to convert warm leads into committed investors while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Compliance Adherence: Ensure all communications and sales practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Documentation: Accurately record all interactions and update investor information in the CRM system.

Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the investor relations and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights from investor interactions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, investor relations, or a related field.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; adept at simplifying complex information.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with securities laws and regulations governing investor communications is a plus.

Industry Insight: Knowledge of the cannabis industry and technology sector is advantageous.

Customer Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others and providing top-notch service.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Integrity: High ethical standards with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
