Job summary Hands-on iOS Lead/Architect who - - has ~10 years of dev/design experience (iOS) - should be hands on architect (arch as well as handson), although might not do much coding. - can lead offshore dev pod (he/she will be only tech onshore to coorondate/deliver through offshore dev team of 5) 3.Experience 15to18yrs 4.Required Skills Technical Skills- ,iOS Domain Skills- 5.Nice to have skills Techincal Skills- ,MongoDB,Python,AWS Domain Skills- 6.Technology Mobile Solutions
1Roles & Responsibilities colloborate with client Product Manager (who will provide Epics/Features), to understand requirements, create solution design and technical stories/tasks for offshore team - estimate feature/epics, identify dependencies to work with client Product Manager - coordinate with client in PST and India offshore devs for delivery - can take ownership or tech delivery and alignment with Product management by working with client (in PST) and offshore team (India) - has good communication, client management and team leadership experience - demonstrates good Emotional Intelligence
