IPC Instructor Training and Development (Littleton, CO)
We are seeking an IPC Instructor for our client, a leading global security and aerospace company. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on training to Electrical, Electronic, and Structural technicians across the Waterton Canyon and Highlands Ranch facilities, ensuring compliance with industry specifications and applying effective adult learning methods to build workforce capability.
This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role (5 days 8-hour shifts weekly). This role is onsite supporting our client's Littleton, CO facility.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing.
- 1+ years of experience in On-the-job Training (OJT).
- Current or previous IPC Certification
- Connector Mate & Demate operations experience
- Hardware Torquing experience
- Adhesive Bonding experience
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Ability to maintain strong work relationships with students, colleagues, and management
- Experience with Engineering documentation and drawings
- Bachelor's Degree.
Desired skills:
- Current IPC CIT or NASA Instructor qualification
- Ability to maintain strong work relationships with students, colleagues, and management
- Experience with Engineering documentation and drawings
- Demonstrated manufacturing process discipline

Compensation: $35/hr. - $41.29/hr.
