The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Irrigation Manager to lead and support our irrigation operations. This role blends leadership, scheduling, technical expertise, and collaboration. You’ll be a key resource for irrigation technicians, estimators, and project managers—ensuring irrigation systems are installed, maintained, and serviced efficiently and to the highest standard.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day irrigation operations, including scheduling installation, service, and maintenance work
- Serve as a technical resource for irrigation technicians by providing troubleshooting support, guidance, and training
- Assist estimators with site evaluations, scope development, and technical input for irrigation proposals
- Coordinate with project managers to align irrigation work with overall project timelines
- Diagnose and resolve complex irrigation issues, including system repairs and performance improvements
- Support quality control to ensure systems meet company standards and client expectations
- Help manage irrigation materials, equipment, and inventory
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and, when needed, clients
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and best practices within the irrigation division
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in residential irrigation installation, service, and troubleshooting
- Leadership, supervisory, or lead technician experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of irrigation components, controllers, water flow, and system design
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams
- Comfortable working both in the field and in a coordination/office-support role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to help others succeed
