We are looking for an experienced IS Project Manager to join our team in Renton, Washington. As part of this long-term contract position, you will lead efforts to design, implement, and oversee projects in alignment with strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery while collaborating with stakeholders and teams across various levels.


Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.

• Manage expectations and maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate approval processes for project charters, plans, and schedules to ensure alignment and readiness for deployment.

• Lead and guide project teams to achieve successful outcomes, including training and integration efforts.

• Supervise and support Project Coordinators as needed to maintain smooth operations.

• Conduct root cause analyses and create actionable process improvement plans.

• Maintain detailed documentation and project artifacts to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Identify and refine workflows, contributing to updates in organizational policies and procedures.

• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Coordinate implementation and deployment activities to ensure seamless transitions and operational success.

• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on application development or healthcare-related projects.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to lead and supervise project teams, providing clear guidance and support.
• Expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and workflow analysis.
• Proficiency in developing and delivering training and integration plans.
• Familiarity with clinical operations and stakeholder management.
• Skilled in preparing presentations and documentation for leadership and clients.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to perform essential functions effectively.
