Responsibilities Responsible for all activities associated with the personnel training related to systems functions. Will be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing everything related to computer systems, printers, and telephone systems. Responsible for maintaining, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing computer systems, printers, and peripherals. Responsible for maintaining, upgrading, or replacing the systems’ hardware. Responsible for receiving new equipment, installation of software and hardware. Contact person with the vendors during installation, repairs, and equipment issues. Provides technical support to staff with commercial and proprietary applications. Maintains FHCHS inventory including computers, cell phones, wireless cards, software. Responsible for preparing the training plan and for providing the training. Carries out the measurement of the training’s outcome. Develop, maintain, and update user manuals for local applications. Solid independent and collaborative work ethics. Multi-tasking capabilities. Maintains documentation related to Disaster Recovery Plan as it changes, including but not limited to telecommunications and processes during an emergency. Participates in the mandatory trainings, such as: the Annual Compliance Plan. Comply with standards of Service Excellence Program.
