Delivery of required documentation including, but not limited to, high level design, technical design, detailed testing, implementation, and post implementation validation steps. Flexible and willing to shift priorities upon request. Recognition and willingness to take on both change enhancement and support work; often having to switch between or even perform both at the same time. Team player with a drive for researching and addressing issues themselves while recognizing when escalation and asking for help is appropriate.
