Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced iSeries QA Analyst to design, develop, and execute software testing strategies and ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will have strong testing experience in an iSeries (RPG) environment, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of QA processes and best practices.Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years’ experience in software quality assurance, with strong testing exposure in an iSeries (RPG/AS400) environment.Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), QA best practices, and methodologies including Agile and DevOps.Hands-on experience with QA test tools such as HP ALM, Quality Center, or similar defect/test management tools.Ability to produce test plans, test cases, test evidence, and comprehensive QA documentation.Experience in backend testing using databases such as DB2, Oracle, MS SQL Server and ability to write SQL queries.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Knowledge of testing across environments including cloud, UI, functional, and n-tier systems.Ability to work independently, plan work effectively, and mentor junior QA team members.
