POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a dedicated IT Intern to support Project Management (PMO) that is cu rrently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . The candidate will assist with IT project delivery by supporting planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities across multiple initiatives. REQUIREMENTS Must be cu rrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years of age SKILLS Basic understanding of IT concepts, such as programming languages, database management, and cybersecurity Basic typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interact professionally with company personnel Adaptable to new technologies and new situations Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage your workload effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong desire to learn and improve your skills RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with maintaining project schedules, action items, and status reports Support project documentation, templates, and meeting notes Help track risks, issues, and dependencies across projects Assist with milestone and deliverable reporting Observe and support project governance and review meetings WHY BOLLINGER?
