Job Description The IT Administrator will play an essential role within the team by assisting with administrative tasks to maintain organized paperwork for clinicians. Additionally, the candidate will support basic IT functions such as setting up computers, Wi‑Fi, and other equipment. Job Title IT Administrator Responsibilities Organize and file paperwork to maintain clean records for clinicians. Set up equipment, including laptops and power strips, ensuring all devices are connected and functional. Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues, including Wi‑Fi and MiFi. Connect laptops with MiFi devices and resolve AnyConnect connection issues. Install and provide support for printers. Essential Skills Proficiency in data entry and IT administrative tasks. Ability to troubleshoot connection issues and provide customer service. 1–3 years of basic IT experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in front desk, clerical, healthcare, or medical settings is advantageous. An associate’s degree in IT is preferred. Work Environment This position operates within a busy healthcare environment. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5/6 PM in‑office. After six months, and upon permanent employment, there may be a shift from 3 PM to 12 AM within the Monday to Friday schedule. Additionally, every 4–6 weeks, there is a remote Saturday shift from 6 PM to 12 AM, allowing Friday off. A monthly in‑office Sunday shift from 8 AM to 4 PM is also required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring Valley, NY. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00–$25.00 per hour.
