Hillsville, United States | Posted on 02/06/2026 We’re looking for an IT Administrator to support a fast-paced organization that depends on reliable systems and responsive technical support. This role is central to keeping infrastructure running smoothly while helping employees stay productive day to day. You’ll work across hardware, networks, and user systems in an environment that values problem solving and ownership. Key Responsibilities Maintain and support network infrastructure to ensure stable connectivity and performance. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across internal systems. Install and configure hardware, workstations, and peripheral equipment. Provide helpdesk and remote support for technical issues and service requests. Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, and repair coordination. Qualifications Hands-on experience in IT support or system administration. Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and infrastructure. Comfort with hardware setup, diagnostics, and replacement. Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to resolve issues independently. Experience supporting end users in a professional environment. Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing workflows. Organized approach to documentation and system tracking.
