Job Description Installation and troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). Installation and uninstallation of software on Windows, Linux, and Apple systems. System domain joining and deployment of security tools. Implementing performance improvements for end user devices. Providing remote support for users outside the office premises. Hardware and software record update and periodic reconciliation. Audit support Supporting meeting room audio visual setups. Assisting with testing lab configurations. Preparing desktops and laptops in bulk for training sessions or new joiners. Providing hands on support for the installation and configuration of network devices. Requirements Graduate degree. Minimum one year of IT support experience working with corporate customers. Strong knowledge of remote support tools and procedures. Good verbal communication skills.
