We are hiring for a IT Analyst for a global manufacturing Company. Responsibilities include: Maintain system documentation including user training & user support documentation and ensure data integrity of manufacturing IT systems. Ensure effective coordination with stakeholders including setting up agreements with vendors for platform and database support. Responsible for new product setups and change control & configuration management of systems. Execute incident & problem investigations ensuring quality solutions with appropriate effective corrective actions Support initiatives for process improvement ensuring overall user satisfaction with systems. Manage all data flow of serialization data and monitor serialization and track and trace regulatory requirements ensuring the companys compliance. Monitor and provide technical support for Serialization systems (Tracelink). Requirements Atleast 5-10 years relevant experience Ability to read/write EPCIS(XML) files and understanding of GS1 standards.
