The IT Analyst is the primary technical authority for the organization’s computing environment. This role focuses on high-level system administration, infrastructure optimization, and compliance oversight. You will serve as the technical lead for major projects while ensuring our network and hardware meet rigorous aerospace and defense security standards. Responsibilities Lead the selection, installation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, telecommunications, and network hardware. Identify gaps in current "manual" workflows and develop automated solutions or programming fixes to improve company-wide efficiency. Act as the escalation point for the organization and provide technical guidance and training to resolve complex hardware and software issues. Partner with departments to align technology capabilities with long-term business goals. Provide support for ERP and ancillary systems. Assist in supporting Legacy systems. Provide support for Enovia SmarTeam environment. Plan and maintain the LAN/WAN, including Networking Switches, Firewalls, and routing protocols. Manage cybersecurity software with security vendors. Deploy best practices for server maintenance (Microsoft Applications) and modern backup solutions to ensure maximum availability. Technically enforce policies required for SOX, ITAR, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC standards. Coordinate technical documentation and system logs for monthly corporate calls and annual internal/external audits. Maintain the administration of Active Directory and Domain Controllers, ensuring strict access controls and data integrity. Requirements Technical college degree required; 4-year degree in Computer Science preferred. Experience: 5 – 7 Years of high-level technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
