  • Manage identity and access platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, AWS), ensuring proper provisioning, deprovisioning, and permission hygiene.
  • Own and maintain IT knowledge base, onboarding/offboarding workflows, hardware deployment, access, IT training, and software license management.
  • Administer and maintain on-prem and cloud-based systems, including servers, networks, storage, and core business applications.
  • Oversee network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, wireless access points, VPNs, VLANs, and site-to-site connectivity.
  • Support meeting rooms and collaboration tools (Zoom/Teams/Meet), printers, cameras, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for PCs, Macs, printers, switches, APs, and more.

  • Manage backup/DR solutions and ensure operational readiness through regular testing and verification.
  • Own IT ticketing, escalation, and documentation processes to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Lead or participate in IT infrastructure projects such as network upgrades, security hardening, tool migrations, and new system rollouts.
  • Standardize and automate processes where possible (scripting, MDM policies, configuration templates).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, R&D, Quality) to ensure IT systems meet business needs.

What you need:
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong expertise managing and troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems; Linux familiarity a plus.

  • Proficient with MDM suites and asset management tools, including device provisioning and remote wiping.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose, prioritize, and resolve IT issues, providing customer-first service and documentation.
  • Skilled communicator with an approachable, professional style.
Bonus points for:
  • Track record in regulated industries such as medical devices, diagnostics, or biotechnology.
  • Familiarity with lab/manufacturing IT, including isolated networks, instrument PCs, VLAN segregation, and OT/IoT devices.
  • Certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, cloud platforms) and support for compliance and audit processes.
  • Experience implementing automation, monitoring, and ticketing systems.
