IT Asset Management Specialist (Hybrid Heathrow, FL)

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Specialist to support the end-to-end lifecycle of end-user hardware and accessories in a global enterprise environment. This role manages the Asset Depot, fulfills ServiceNow requests, and ensures accurate CMDB and inventory controls.

This is a 6-month project (Extensions or Conversion to FTE Possible), 40 hours per week, hybrid role, 4 days onsite at Client's office in Heathrow, FL.

This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill ServiceNow hardware and accessory requests, including new hires, refresh, break/fix, and role-based upgrades
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and update records upon request fulfillment
• Manage recoveries for terminations, repairs, and replacements
• Coordinate asset sanitization, repair, redeployment, and compliant disposal
• Monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and support procurement activities
• Collaborate with IT L1/L2 and Endpoint Engineering for imaging & configuration tasks
• Maintain reporting for lifecycle status, audits, and financial compliance
• Ensure processes align to ITIL and audit/asset governance standards

Requirements

• Strong experience in IT hardware asset management within a corporate environment
• Knowledge of ServiceNow (Asset / CMDB modules)
• Proficiency with Excel, Business Objects, or similar reporting tools
• Vendor interaction and procurement support experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Intune and JAMF preferred
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• ITIL or IT Asset certifications a plus (not required)
