What You Will Do
The IT Audit Support Analyst will manage the client’s annual audit process, track findings and ensure successful and quick resolutions to identified deficiencies more effectively. This includes the annual Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) Audit as well as the potential to include the annual Financial Statement Audit (FSA) and other internal or external audit requests. The candidate will develop presentations for internal and external audience to report on audit findings and resolution progress and be able to effectively facilitate discussion with both internal and external executive audience.
The IT Audit Support Analyst will manage audit requests and documentation requests and liaise with system and enterprise stakeholders to mitigate risk by prioritizing and flagging key items for executive awareness. Additionally, the Analyst will support the client’s implementation of the risk management framework, business process and tools on a continuous basis based on changing technology needs and the shifting threat landscape.
What You Will Need
An ACTIVE TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor’s degree; OR FOUR (4) years of additional experience in lieu of degree
FIVE (5) years of professional experience
What Would Be Nice To Have
Experience supporting system audits and risk assessments
Experience with NIST 800-37 r2, NIST 800-53 r5
Excellent communication skills
Department of Justice experience
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
