IT Business Analyst - ERP Introduction I’m Frédérique Tahon, Recruitment Director at FED IT, specializing in IT recruitment.I’m currently hiring an IT Business Analyst for a growing manufacturing organization strengthening its Application IT team to support an increasing project workload, particularly around its ERP environment.Your RoleAs part of the Application IT team, you’ll act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.Your mission is to translate business needs into high-quality, scalable application solutions. Mission • Gathering and analyzing business requirements.• Translating needs into detailed functional specifications.• Participating in solution design (front-end and back-end).• Defining and executing test scenarios.• Supporting user acceptance testing and implementation.• Delivering training and operational support.• Documenting and mapping business processes (BPMN 2.0).• Analyzing cost, benefits, risks, and impacts of changes. Your profile • 2-5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Product Owner.• ERP experience required (Epicor is a strong asset).• Strong understanding of business processes and application systems.• Experience with BPMN 2.0 and Agile methodologies.• Excellent communication skills.• Fluent French and English required.Working Conditions• Permanent, full-time position.• Hybrid work model (3 days on-site / 2 remote).• Salary range: $80,000-$85,000.
