Job Title: IT Business Analyst (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed business requirements and technical specifications.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement by implementing IT solutions.
• Work with IT teams to design technical solutions that meet business requirements, including system architecture, data flow, and integration points.
• Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
• Develop test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate that the implemented solutions meet the original requirements.
• Engage with various business units, vendors, and IT teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery of IT solutions.
• Assist in the project management lifecycle, including planning, tracking, and reporting on progress and risks.
• Provide support to users, including training on new systems and solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business analysis techniques.
• Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience in data analysis, creating technical documentation, and understanding systems architecture.
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools.
• Solid understanding of SQL and ability to query databases.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• CBAP or PMP certification is a plus.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
• Required Security clearance.
