We are looking for an IT Business Analyst for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate software requirements, ensuring that custom applications meet customer needs through effective collaboration, Agile processes, and end-to-end testing within the aerospace environment.

This 5-day 8-hour shifts per week) role, this is an onsite role in Cape Canaveral, FL.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities

• Capable of building and maintaining strong business relationships
• Capable of working in a fast-paced team environment and be a strong team player
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong background on all aspects of the software development life cycle
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and prioritization skills
• Organizing and executing Integration Test and User
• Acceptance Test activities
• Providing the business with innovative solution to meet their current and future needs
• Working with the business to document and manage

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as an IT Business analyst

• Agile Methodologies and Agile Tools
• Software Test Automation
• Software Requirements and Use Case development
• US Citizenship Required and the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance

Desired Skills:

• Software Product Backlog Management
• Experience communicating with and supporting end user
• System Diagramming and Modelling
• Cybersecurity
