Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Location: Plano, TX | Charlotte, NC | Newark, DE | Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ months contract

Position Overview: Client is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a financial industry client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, compliance, and technical documentation, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality project delivery aligned with corporate and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure execution and delivery meet client expectations in functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
• Coordinate and facilitate delivery routines such as:

• Project kick-offs
• Status reviews
• Stakeholder meetings
• Change controls
• Tollgates

• Plan and manage delivery timelines and interdependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitate:

• Dependency management
• Risk management
• Impediment resolution

• Collaborate with business lines, control, and governance teams to understand business processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process deficiencies, communicate findings to management, and recommend corrective actions.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in:

• Risk Management
• Audit
• Compliance
• OR a combination of the above

• Strong understanding of technical concepts including:

• Change Management
• Application Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Technology Controls

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in:

• Issue Management
• Project Management

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
