This allows us to offer an international context, diverse challenges, and long-term career opportunities, while staying close to our teams.At Decskill, we believe that by nurturing and empowering our people to confront the challenges of digital transformation, we create value not only for our clients but also for our entire ecosystem, fostering a digital community dedicated to growth and progress.We are searching for a IT Business Analyst!Responsibilities:Collect, analyze and prioritize business requirements, anticipating problems and evaluating impacts.Identify and specify the solution with squad and tribe architects.Effectively breakdown business needs into requirements contained within a product backlog which can then be implemented in a series of short and iterative development cycles.Clearly communicate those business needs to the development team by writing user stories and acceptance criteria.Test user stories during development phase and contribute to increase test automation coverage.Perform non regression testes before production deliveryParticipate in the organization of user acceptance tests with the end users.Write and update documentation with content adapted to target audience (Development, Product and Support teams) and deliver training sessions.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years experience as a business analyst working in a context of agile software developmentExperience in translating business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements.Working knowledge of software development life cycle, including estimation techniques, planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems or equivalent professional experience.SQL and relational databases hands-on knowledgeExperience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas.Good level of english.Are you looking for an environment that values curiosity and commitment?
